Directions for Use
The blend is pre-ground, meaning it is ready to use from the pouch with no grinding required. We recommend mixing 1g of our blend with 250ml boiling water, leave to stand for 10 minutes, strain then drink. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
