Refund Policy
At Nature’s Alternative, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving a refund.
14-Day Refund Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return and refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- You must have the proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Team: Send an email to contact.naturesalternative@gmail.com or call us at 02891225330 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address. Please do not send your item back before receiving these instructions.
Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount, unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact.naturesalternative@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.naturesalternative@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.
